Décor Packages
Kraemer's has exciting décor packages available
upon request. These packages include fabrics, flowers,
specialty lighting and props to create the perfect
ambiance for your event. Our custom packages are designed
around your colors and the specific needs of each
event facility.
Rentals
Including tents, tables, chairs, specialty linens,
and china. At your request, Kraemer's can coordinate
all of the necessary rental planning.
Service Personnel
We provide professional uniformed captains, servers,
and chefs. Kraemer's professional service staff is
included in our entrée menu pricing.
Event Planning Guidelines
Guest Guarantee
Guest guarantee is is due fourteen business days prior to event date.
Service Charge
18% of your food and beverage total will be billed
automatically when service personnel are required.
Sales Tax
As required by law, all applicable taxes will be added
to the total bill.
Leftover Food
Due to Health Department regulations, leftover food
can only be kept if proper refrigeration is available.
Delivery, Set-up and Breakdown
All fees are based on distance and complexity of the
event and will be determined during the initial site
inspection.
Deposit and Payment Terms
A deposit (based on estimated costs in the contract)
is required at the time of contract signing in order
to guarantee the date of your event. The final balance
is due 14 business days before the event.
