You are Invited in for a "Complimentary Tasting"

We believe the tasting is the most important part of your catering search. It's important to us that you get to know who we are as a company and that you trust the people who will be providing one of the most important pieces of your special event, the cuisine!

We also believe the tasting should be private and complimentary to you. Why would you want to book a caterer with out knowing that their food was up to your personal standards in quality, presentation and flavor? We ask you to select up to 2 entrees for the chef to prepare. He will prepare a full dinner with salad, home made breads and the full entrée with sides.

After you know where your event will be located, call or email us for your complimentary and private tasting and we will get you on the calendar right away. The chef is available Monday - Thursday between the hours of 11:00am and 4:00pm. Plan to spend about an hour and a half with us. Tastings are made ahead of time by appointment only.

At the tasting we will go over all your ideas and questions and taste Executive Chef Nathan's amazing cuisine. We will put a proposal together for you at the tasting so you can see all the costs on paper. Most of our pricing is "All Inclusive" to make it easier for you.
