The Kraemer brothers have successfully owned and operated Kraemer's Catering for 15 years. Years of travel and training with top chefs at dozens of fine restaurants from Minnesota to California have provided a wealth of experience and knowledge in menu design and food preparation. Executive Chef Nathan Bode who has been a vital part of the company for the past 6 years has recently purchased the company as sole owner. The Kraemer brothers saw Chef Nathan's talent and felt that he was the man to carry on their legacy. Chef Nathan was the top of his class at Le Cordon Bleu which awarded him an internship under the direction of Chef Roy Yamaguchi from the famous Roy's restaurant's on the beautiful islands of Hawaii. Chef Nathan has brought an exquisite style that no one in the Twin Cities can surpass. His passion and elegant demeanor make him easy to work with, a great listener, and pleasant to be around.
