Executive Chef Nathan Bode who has been a vital part of the company for the past 6 years has recently purchased the company as sole owner. The Kraemer brothers saw Chef Nathan's talent and felt that he was the man to carry on their legacy. Chef Nathan was the top of his class at Le Cordon Bleu which awarded him an internship under the direction of Chef Roy Yamaguchi from the famous Roy's restaurant's on the beautiful islands of Hawaii.
